Keystone Eco is a family-driven construction and renovation company led by Kevin Maguire, who brings over 17 years of industry expertise. From modern kitchens and bathrooms to custom staircases, decking, loft conversions, and full-scale building projects, our skilled team delivers dependable craftsmanship. We handle interior and exterior work across Durban and the wider KZN region, working closely with trusted partners to provide a comprehensive service offering. Collaborating with architects and regulators, we manage projects from initial planning to final certification.

Keystone Eco offers a full range of building services including large and small building works, new build developments, house extensions, space conversions, re-roofing and ceilings, as well as full property rebuilds.

This division of the business specifically engages with brick and mortar, and we can offer high quality hollow block structures at an affordable rate as well as traditional clay bricks.

TIMBER & STEEL FRAME CONSTRUCTION

We have specialist teams for timber and light gauge/weight steel construction. This is the preferred building method in the UK, America, Canada and Australia.

It is very Eco friendly, with only 2% site wastage with incredible longevity. Ideal for double story additions that normally requires no underpinning of the existing foundation.

This division of the business lends itself to be incredibly versatile. We build homes, extensions, Wendy houses, warehouses, roofing systems, flooring systems and auditorium raked seating.

BATHROOM AND KITCHEN RENOVATION

CUSTOM WENDY HOUSES & CATIOS

We design and install bespoke Wendy houses that are affordable and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. We can design according to the estate you reside in, conforming to the home owners association. We have copied the main house design on many occasions for our customers.

Our Catios are an outdoor safe space for your cat. Popular for owners that are conditioning their feline friend to the outdoors, worried about their cats catching birds, and protecting their cats from roads and Crowned Eagles (especially our upper highway customers).

We fabricate custom steel work for a variety of projects, often with custom requirements.

This division fabricates all the gates for the fencing division, for steel framed catio’s and the custom steel brackets for our clear burglar bars.
We often get requests or bird aviaries, dog enclosures, reptile/rabbit cages and elevated rubbish cages.

Our bigger warehouse designs often require structural steel which we fabricate with engineering drawings.

We offer all customers a price-lock guarantee which means we will never randomly ask for more money for a project. The cost for the scope of work that is quoted for, within the project timeframe, is guaranteed. The cost will only be adjusted if the scope changes.
